The solution for the stocking of different materials
BOX.MAG vertical warehouse meets in a flexible way the stocking needs of any kind of materials: single or packed accessories, spare parts and components, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic items, bolts and screws. The use of the vertical warehouse is required mainly for industrial process, as a feeder of production lines or as a warehouse for raw materials, unfinished products or finished ones.
BOX.MAG advantages can be also applied to the commercial field such as industrial supplies in general and hardware shops. The BOX.MAG warehouse is dimensioned according to customers’ needs as far as its configuration and sorting of drawers, number of units and height of the warehouse is concerned. BOX.MAG enables to save handling time and space and assures an updated and rational running by means of its specific software.

The modular frame of the BOX.MAG Warehouse is steel made, suitable dimensioned and it can reach a height of 12 mt. Max. capacity: 70 Tons. Drawers are sorted on two columns with a central shuttle that transports the selected drawer to the loading/downloading rack. The full covering is made by using pre-varnished steel plate panelboards or by means of insulated panelboards, in case of external installation. BOX.MAG warehouse is produced as follows:
- Single internal rack
- Single external rack
- Double rack on the same side
- Double rack on the two opposed sides
Other solutions can be studied on demand and according to the type of machine the best meets your specific needs.
Drawers are dimensioned and put into the machine by our technical staff according to final customers’ needs. Heights can change and different heights can be managed by the same machine. Some examples of drawers for the BOX.MAG warehouse:
- Min. capacity of each drawer: 250 Kg.
- Max. capacity of each drawer: 750 Kg.
- Standard depth of each drawer: 700/750 mm.
- Min. length of each drawer: 1500 mm (with standard versions).
- Max. length of each drawer: 4000 mm (with standard versions).
By means of a number of electronic systems that have been developed by CIAMPALINI, the warehouse is completely run by means of a specific software, fully integrated with the warehouse, perfectly designed and customized.
By means of our software you can run, among other things: items’ data, withdrawal and deposit lists, inventory, stocks and weights.
The software can be easily customized according to the customers’ specific needs. It can even be interfaced with our managing software for one or more BOX.MAG MODULAR WAREHOUSE with a host position.
