The solution for stocking long materials
BI.MAG Automatic Warehouse is the ideal solution to vertically stock steel sections, heavy accessories, unfinished products, dies and long materials in general. The BI.MAG warehouse is a practical and cheap solution, perfectly fit either for production or commercial distribution.
It is often installed next to cutting machines so that the working material is immediately ready for the working. BIMAG warehouses can be customized to meet all kinds of needs related to the stocking and handling of long materials. You can run the warehouse by means of our specific software even from different host positions on the network: loading/downloading, stocks managing and inventory are accessible in real time.

Outdoor Installation
BI.MAG Automatic Warehouse’s frame is made of steel, suitably dimensioned. Drawers are sorted on two, four or more 'towers' with a corresponding shuttle that reaches the selected drawer and brings it to the loading/downloading rack. The BI.MAG. warehouse can be equipped with one or more loading/downloading racks, and a front or lateral exit according to the machine’s position.
Drawers are measured and put into the machine by our technical staff according to customers’ needs. Max. length of the drawer: 15 mt.
Drawers’ capacity (UDC):
- Min. capacity for each drawer: 500 Kg.
- Max. capacity for each drawer: 5000 Kg.
- Standard drawer for aluminium sections: 750/1000 Kg.
- Standard drawer for iron materials: 3000 Kg
Loading cells with display: they can display the weight of the materials that is inside the drawer, in/out from the BI.MAG warehouse.
Hydraulic lift with lift truck for loading and downloading operations.
Front and lateral rollers to handle section bands or single bars.
Runways or swing hoist to be applied to the BI.MAG’s frame for the loading and downloading of materials
Hidden telescopic carriage 
By means of a number of electronic systems that have been developed by CIAMPALINI, the warehouse is completely run by means of a specific software, fully integrated with the warehouse, perfectly designed and customized.
By means of our software you can run, among other things: items’ data, withdrawal and deposit lists, inventory, stocks and weights.
The software can be easily customized according to the customers’ specific needs. It can even be interfaced with our managing software for one or more BI.MAG AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE with a host position.
